The palm fruits are removed from its bunch. Then, they are washed and cooked overnight. After cooking, they placed into this hollow wood, and smashed with the heels of the leg till they are soft.
Next, they are processed as water is poured into the hollow wood to remove the chaff and palm kernels.
When the chaff and palm kernels are removed, the oil is thoroughly sieved out of the water into a pot.
The oil is cooked in the pot till a very refined, sweet, Nsukka Palm oil is made.
Viola! Your sweet oil is ready.
The long process makes Nsukka oil stand out, and you'll always know the difference.
